Wrist detection shortcut

Just wanna know if there's any automation shortcut let me configure for apple watch,

I wanna to setup if ;

Watch on wrist --> DND on iphone , Turn off Low Power Mode.

Seems I can't find any related automation for me to setup. Is that possible ?

Apple watch Sleep mode on automation doesn't work since last update if I disable / enable the sleep focus mode on my watch it would work but not from the when entering the mode via the automation. It will show that the sleep mode is enabled only on the icon on the Apple watch but the watch face isn't on the sleep mode. It was working since last update.

Setting Sleep focus alarm in iPhone won’t alarm on Apple Watch I have been using sleep focus and the associated alarm for several weeks now and have been trying to get the alarm (vibrate specifically) on my watch while I wear it sleeping. The alarm sounds and vibrates on my iPhone in the morning, but not my watch. What am I missing? Thanks!
