Requesting support regarding microphone issues

Im having microphone issues in whatsapp. Other people cant hear me so well, ive tried normal call and siri also, works perfectly, and even i tried factory resetting my phone. Also deleted whatsapp and reinstalled, didnt work. Is there any possible ways to get it fixed?
