Hi, I'm running ios 14.6, smartphone 8 Plus. When I tried to use the Look Around for San Francisco, the button wasn't showing; ditto, no little pair of binoculars. Can you advise?

It looks like you're having issues with the Look around feature in Apple Maps. If that's correct, let's try the following.
