Hello. I received a gift card from the USA but my account is configured in Argentina, so it does not allow me to redeem it. If I change my account to the USA and redeem it, can I later reconfigure it in Argentina without losing the loaded credit?

If you can‘t redeem your App Store & iTunes Gift Card, Apple Music Gift Card, or content code - https://support.apple.com/HT201195#differentcountry --> Card or code is from a different country or region:
"If you see a message that says the code must be redeemed in another storefront, the card was probably purchased in another country or region. You can't redeem Apple Gift Cards or App Store & iTunes Gift Cards outside of the country or region of purchase. For example, if you bought an App Store & iTunes Gift Card in France, you can't redeem it in the App Store in the United States."
You will likely not find it easy to change your country setting to the USA and even if you do you will have to spend all your balance before you can reset your country to a different one So no, you can't set it back to Argentina and keep the gift balance.

Ok thanks. What do you think would be the best solution then?
The best solution would be to give it to somebody who uses the USA store. The stores in each country are set up as separate entities and this probably reflects licensing and distribution rights by the owners of the products. As such the system is only designed to accommodate changing country for people who are truly moving to a different country, not for users in one country to get access to services not available to them in their own country.
