wrong timezone of Apple alerts

After visiting my iClouds account online, I always receive an email from Apple informing me what my apple ID was used for. Unfortunately, the time of the event is never in my time zone, sometimes it's PDT, then GMT again. I've set my home country on the Apple ID page. Do I need to do anything else to get alerts in "my time zone"?

Icloud.com reminders app time zone error about alarm setting icloud.com reminders seems do not handle time zone properly. The time alarm have already set on my iphone is wrong on icloud.com, and setting an alarm on icloud.com will not be the same after sync on iphone. I'm in France, and an alarm today for 18:30 in reminders app of the phone is displayed incorrectly on icloud.com. In my case it is displayed 9:30 instead Could you please fix the bug.
