I am looking to get iPhone upgrade scheme through work and need to assist them.

We are hoping that when an employee opts in, we will credit them the monthly cost for the phone so they can use the phone for work purposes etc.

I want to know if say an employee opts in and the plan is over 24 months, and the employee decides to leave after 6 months.

Will the remaining payment be transferred to the the company accounts?

How will the payment be handled if an employee decides to leave?

I understand, I am saying, that we will credit the staff members with say $50 a month, they then use this to purchase the handset

If they decide to leave, can we as the company pay on their behalf, are we able to change billing account if possible?

Apple does not offer this for corporate devices. You need to figure this out with your HR and Legal teams.

If you want to own the device, they cannot purchase it. If they purchase it, they will be able to remove management and control billing.
