My apple music app cannot play the music without the any network connection with downloaded music

As the title mentioned after I updated the software of my iPhone 12 Pro Max. There is another issue coming out, the song downloaded on the device cannot play while disconnected from the network. I have tried to restart the device and the problem still not fix. There was a notification pop-up and include the error 7300. I have no idea why Apple Music cannot be played even the songs have been downloaded on the device.
