iPhone 12 - NFC works for a couple of days then stops

Hey all, has anyone else found a solution to this?

I have nfc tags around my house that perform various tasks via the shortcuts app when I scan them.

But my iPhone 12 seems to not recognise them after a couple of days of use until I reboot my phone then it can read them without any trouble.

It seems that over time the nfc gets weaker and weaker until it stops working until I reboot. Eg

day 1: after reboot my phone reads nfc without any troubles

day 2: I have to hold my phone and move it around the nfc for a longer time before it reads the tag.

day 3ish: the phone won’t read the tags at all, however Apple Pay seems to work smoothly every time.

anyone else experiencing this problem?

for now I guess I just have to restart my phone every morning.
