Epson scanner connection broken with Mac OS Update 11.5

My Epson Scanners were both working under Mac OS 11.4 but when the update to 11.5 and 11.5.1 none of my Epson Scanners are connecting through Print/Scanner Dialog or Image Capture. Is a solution being worked on?

iMac 21.5″ 4K, macOS 11.5
