I need to know how to get my notes over from my old macbook air 2017 to my new one 2020.
I really don't want to have to do it note by note manually as that would take forever. I have over 200 notes that i need.

Copy the Notes on Old computer into TextEdit on Old computer, Copy to USB Thumb drive and move to New computer. Join the dots - Open the Text Edit files on the new computer, copy and paste into the New Notes App on New Computer.
Much for time needed this way than to simply use iCloud and instant presto - sync and they are there.
Must be another way other than icloud or migration.
surely apple could have just put in an EXPORT option, then i could send that file over and import in.
