Unable to download app on iPhone 11

I try to download an app it asked me to sign in and then it downloads and says done then a few seconds ago by and then it reads that my username has never been used in iTunes to sign in again and click review then it reads to sign in again it just starts overI’ll check my update and everything is updated so I don’t know what the problem is

I am not able to use the App Store on my IPhone 12 Pro I am already signed in on my iPhone, but not able to use the AppStore. It asks for iTunes sign-in. I am trying to sign-in with my id and password but it keeps returning to the same page.
