What would make my IPhone 7 start playing randomly a piece of music (which isn’t in my Library) whilst it was on Standby?

Can you please do this and see if this works: Settings > Music and toggle off the “Shake to Shuffle”
Nope. It was on Standby in my bag. I could hear music playing, took out my phone and it’s playing something I’d never heard before. I don’t generally play music via my iPhone. The only way I could stop it playing was by turning the phone off completely.
Again, the phone, was on in Standby. It locks automatically after 5 minutes of not being used, so yes one should presume it was locked whilst in my bag. Sorry I get you’re possibly eliminating reasons why it should suddenly start playing music but perhaps you could get to solutions quicker please instead of simply asking one question at a time?
Music is turned off completely on my iPhone as I do not play Music on this device. There is no option called "Shake to Shuffle".
There's been an upgrade on my phone today. Hopefully whatever was on the last one which made my phone randomly start playing music not in my Library has been fixed on the latest upgrade. Thank you for trying to resolve the issue.
Was the phone playing music before this happened?
