Macbook Air M1 Chip Display problems

Dear Apple,

I have a lot of display issues with my newly bought Macbook Air M1 Chip. The Display suddenly went off( No physical damage since I bought it). Then later in the day, I tried NVRAM reset and it started working again fine. Then the next day the display went off again. I tried NVRAM but didn't work. I went to see the Apple service center and they pointed out to me through a flashlight on the screen that there is a very minor internal crack on my screen and asked me for a replacement which is not affordable for me.

Later in the day, I did a software update through an external monitor and the screen started working again and this morning, the same issue is back again. The display not working. The internal crack is so minor that it is very hard to spot and there is no effect on the screen when it was working. I am having a hard time figuring out whether this is a software issue or a hardware issue. I have my warranty with me which the service provider says won't be covered. I have tried explaining to the service center to please have a check if it is a software problem or maybe a manufacturing issue but they won't do it. If it is a hardware issue why is the screen responding when I did the reset and software update with no pixel or display issues? Any advice?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2
