Text tone low volume

New iPhone 12. Text volume is very low. Ringer and Alerts slider is all the way up. Its so low I am missing messages. Phone call ringer is fine only having problem with text tones. My last phone was an iPhone X and I did not have this issue. I see other complaints about it online but no solutions.

Dear,

Go to Sounds & Haptics. In Ringer and Alerts, drag the slider to adjust the volume.
