Email not loading on new iPad, why?

Just got the new iPad Pro and I chose the transfer data method instead of iCloud download (mistake?) . On the new iPad the email will not load or send (I get an error). On the old iPad I get a notice of “Failed to handoff activity” and “The connection to your other devices may have been interrupted. Please try again”

i experienced the same. Delete the previous Mail app and download again/ reinstall. Sign-in your account and it would be sync. Hope this helps.

You either enter your password in email settings, delete and reinstall the mail account or contact yoru mail provider or look at their support site.
