I am unable to log into a website due to error 403 on my iPhone

How do I clear Error 403 when logging into a website using my iPhone

You are welcome. Have you tried clearing History and Website Data?

Try double clicking the Home button or swipe up from the bottom of the screen and swipe Safari upwards. Go to Settings/Safari and clear History and Website Data. Open Safari and test.

Hi Eric. Thank you so much for all those links. I’ve looked at all of them. I’ve not managed to find profile in settings and I’ve not done the recovery mode as I’m not confident in doing that without losing everything on my phone. I’ve even tried to open the website in Firefox. I still have the error message. It’s Sainsbury’s groceries I’m trying to open. It opens on my iMac no problem but not on iPhone nor iPad! It also opens on my husband’s iPhone! Not sure what to try next.
