Apple Watch calories

I’ve had very little change in my activity and my watch has gone from burning around 900 active calories without exercise and now it’s at 400 active calories with exercise. I’ve attached images of my fitness all showing the change from last week to this week and from Tuesday it has a massive difference despite there been no change in activity. My total calorie count has halfed

Have you tried force restarting your iPhone by whatever method your version calls for.  As soon as you see the Apple logo force restart your watch by holding in the crown and side button for 10 seconds till you see the Apple logo then release.  Log into your iPhone and wait for your watch to boot, then log into it.

I would also Reset your fitness calibration data

From your iPhone>Watch>Privacy>Reset Fitness Calibration Data>Tap this

You will just get a confirmation box that tells you that your metrics will not be as good if you do this.

Tap confirm and do it. You will get nothing else, no confirmation but it is done.

Then go for a 20 minute outdoor run or walk using the workout app at your normal speed on a flat road/path etc

This will re-calibrate the watch.
