I have an iPod video classic 160g around 2007 and it has stopped working only today 5/08/2021. I am wanting to know if apple provide a service where they can repair the iPod for me?

The hard drive has probably failed. See If you see a red X icon on your iPod classic or iPod nano (5th generation or earlier) - Apple Support (archived copy). See iPod Service Pricing - Apple Support. You might want to shop around and/or consider an SD conversion kit to replace the failed drive. The data on the old drive cannot be recovered.
