Apple Music data usage huge spike

Since the introduction of lossless and atmos I’ve had a huge spike in my data usage. I went into the settings and I tried lossless on but cellular to high efficiency and even Wi-Fi and downloads set to high quality. I’ve also tried turning lossless off completely as well as Atmos. On average I’m seeing 10 MB per song or more. In the settings for lossless high efficiency it claims about 1.5 MB per song and that was accurate earlier this year. Starting in July my usage has been much higher. It seems to be stuck on lossless or high quality no matter what setting I use and I’m going through my data fast. I have to turn off cellular streaming until this is fixed.
