Hi I have received an Apple Watch Strap as a gift which is the same as the one I have can i exchange in a store for a different one?

If you have a receipt and it was purchased directly from Apple, you should be able to return it within 14 days. For more info, see:

Otherwise see if you can return or exchange it at the store it was purchased from.
