I meet the system requirements, and I keep getting a pop up to update to Catalina, I select yes and nothing happens. When I try to download and install I get this error. I also tried Big Sur:

ok. next i would try and Start up your Mac in safe mode and then try to start the upgrade while in safe mode.
first i would try unchecking "automatically keep my mac up to date".
then click here for catalina>> macOS Catalina 10.15
or here for big sur>> Get macOS Big Sur
No luck :(
I tired both Catalina and Big Sur after deselecting the button:
