Waking this topic up again....2020 iMac crashing often

I have the EXACT same issue.. late 2020iMac 10 core 19 with 128 gig OWC RAM, OWC Thunderbolt 3 dock.

At first they were minor crashes...not too frequent.

Then I bought an OWC Thunderbolt 4 Hub and started noticing them more. Finally started getting concerned and contacted their support..after a few days of back and for, they sent new ram to swap out. A few days later crashing anew.

Called Apple. went all the way thru wipe my system and staring fresh. Still Crashing. Brought it to them (putting the factory ram back in) they stress-ran it and re-flashed firmware. Get it back, put the OWC ram back in, same issues.

Apple again. New Logic board & associates stuff. Get it back, put back in the OWC RAM, same issues. During all this I had bought a 24 TB OWC Thunderbay 4. When I had all the OWC stuff, thew Thunderbay, the Hub and the ram in i'd crash every 20 minutes.

Gave up.

Bought a 6Big. Returned the Thunderbay

Bought CalDigt element, removed OWC Hub

Bought Caldigit Dock, removed OWC Dock.

Still happened.

ONLY thing left was RAM.

Found this thread after placing my order for Crucial RAM

Removed OWC Ram. put in Crucial today.

So far so good.

This whole process started with my 1st call to OWC in February.. (even got to know one of the techs from 4 hour calls) a six month hellhole I HOPE I'm climbing out of.
