Cannot Print through AirPrint on iPhones

After replacing the networking equipment for a small office, I began setting up everything to how it was before. I was able to print to Kyocera CS 4003i printer from any device on the flat network however I've had no luck on wireless printing on iPhones.


When I try to print a document, I'm able to see my printer in a list of available printers. When I press print the phone mentions that it is in the process of printing and it returns back to the previous screen and nothing prints. I don't see any errors on the printer and I've done my share of rebooting devices.


The phone is on the same network as the printer. The printer is AirPrint compatible and others have told me printing used to be possible on the iPhone. This issue persists on all iPhone and I'm wondering what I could be missing.

It seems you're having trouble with AirPrint and we want to help.


You mentioned taking steps to restart, was the networking equipment also restarted?


AirPrint may have issues if the network isn't configured as recommended:

Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points
