Charging cables I ordered what I thought was a charging cable for my iPad Air, 4th generation from the Apple store, but the port connection doesn't work on it. It works on my iPhone, but not the iPad. I looked for it under Accessories for iPads. Any suggestions on how to order the correct cable from the Apple Store? Thank you!!

One that has a lightning connector on one end and a USB connector that is compatible with your charger.
