Payment for iCloud storage

Received an email saying payment wasn’t received for iCloud storage . Looked in accounts & payment was taken out then refunded. Have the money to cover in the account. Tried credit card has enough money in it to cover payment & it again wouldn’t take it out. Need to get it sorted as I need the extra iCloud storage. Thanks

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are unable to pay for iCloud storage as there is an issue with the payment method. To help with this, please check your current payment method, trying adding a new payment method, and then contact Apple directly if you need any further assistance.



Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods
