Received an email saying payment wasn’t received for iCloud storage . Looked in accounts & payment was taken out then refunded. Have the money to cover in the account. Tried credit card has enough money in it to cover payment & it again wouldn’t take it out. Need to get it sorted as I need the extra iCloud storage. Thanks

To help with this, please check your current payment method, trying adding a new payment method, and then contact Apple directly if you need any further assistance.
