Iphone front camera working in normal camera app but not in 3rd party apps. Whenever I open in WhatsApp it goes black and when i click photo with black screen only it take photo with back camera only.. please help.

We'd like to help with what you've noticed regarding the iPhone camera.
Go to Settings > Privacy > Camera and make sure the apps are allowed to access the camera.
If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working continue with the steps here.

You may need to have the hardware on the iPhone examined.

No. i also tried to do firmware update also with itunes .. same problem then also.
