PANIC ERROR WHEN CLOSE THE LID MacBook Pro 15''

CAN ONE LAPTOP LIKE THIS ONE

MacBook Pro 15' 2017

intel i7 quad core 3.1

16gbram

500gb

Radeon pro 560

when install big sur this begins to appear

when I close the lid of my macbook the computer restarts and it shows this error message ... could a computer like this suddenly start to crash?

Has it happened to someone?

I have tried to update to the latest version and it continues with error

SMC reset done

Nvram done

first aid hard disk done

any solution ??? any idea ??

I can't believe this from this powerful computer

I have completed and done all the processes by myself and at the same time talking to the apple support service for 2 and a half hours doing each of the resets and they continue to insist that it is the battery which only has 250 cycles !! I am completely sure that it is not the battery that is damaged... they don't even know what really happens here…. and they tell me that I have to change the battery that would also cost me 400... honestly it disappoints me incredibly with my favorite brand ... this already leaves me speechless and guides me to cross the street
