Apple Macbook Pro's fan spinning but not booting up

All of a sudden my MacBook Pro starts having problems. I have tried different things as per internet suggestions, but as yet had no luck figuring out what is wrong with this laptop.

When I go to boot up the laptop by pressing the power button, the fans start spinning and the sleep LED lits up and to my surprise it starts charging as well when I plug it in, but nothing else on the screen, either chime nor apple logo . When I hold down the power button for a few seconds, the fans stop spinning and the sleep LED also goes off. As soon as I press the power button again, same thing. I have tried SHIFT+CTRL+OPT+POWER, resetting the SMC, power cycle. But no change in the condition.

Can anyone please assist?

Main Logic Board malfunction is a possibility but there are some other things to check.

1- Is there any kind of backlight activity on the screen?

2- You should connect an external display (Thunderbolt 2 adapter) and see what happend after pressing the power bottom.

3- Try to boot an external bootable disk, maybe the HDD flex is gone (very common issue on this MBP)

The 2012 MBP is very DIY friendly if you have some knowledge, do your research and give it a go. If you are not confident enough take it to Apple or an AASP.

Yeah I contacted them as well, but they are also not able to solve it.

I had it checked but he says that there is problem with integrated circuit (or logic board), and it would cost around 10k, but I am wondering if there is a problem with it then would the fans spin, or Sleep LED lit up or will it charge?

Is it worth to have it repaired by paying 10k?

Troubleshooting Mac Power:

Refer to the following....

Start with Safe Mode:

[Hold Down: the shift key upon boot]. In Safe Mode, login items do not open at login, and preferences are set aside. These preferences may be getting in the way.
