usbc port not working
One of the two USB-C ports didn't recognize either the ac adapter or any accessory. Any suggestions?

Have you tried with different charging cables or dongles? If the answer is YES you need to take the MacBook to an Apple Store or AASP so they can evaluate the I/O Board problem and replace it if necessary.
