iPad will not update apps because iOS is version 12 but when I go to the App Store there are no older versions of the same app, such as ESPN, Kroger, and CNN

If the App Store doesn't offer an older version because your iPad is stuck on a legacy OS, there isn't anything anyone here can do to change that.


If your iPad is stuck on iPadOS 12 because you choose not to upgrade, the App Store wouldn't offer older versions.
