I viewed a discussion here in community that was suggested download a update combo for solve this issue, but I downloaded it, and tried install the update combo on my mac, but unfortunately this not working for me, I receive a message that the disk cannot receive that update. It is more strange, because on this mac I had the macOS big sur installed on that early. Then I did a hard reset to sell this mac, tried enter on the system and received a prompt to fill with informations about my username and password (remotely access) and cannot conclude the installation of big Sur nor enter on big Sur anymore. Then I rebooted the mac, and reload a session on my time machine saved in mojave. Its worked and I could enter again in my mac. But now, when I try to update the version of my macOS, I received this Error_7E7AEE96CA. And so on. The version of the mac that I'm having this problem it is a Macbook Air i7 8gb ram 250gb ssd 2014, model 1466.

Anyone could help me, please?

It appears you're trying the Combo Update which can only applied to 10.4.0 through 10.14.5

Try reinstalling this in Safe Mode, but not downloading using Firefox...

2. Decide whether to erase (format) your disk

3. Install macOS

After starting up from macOS Recovery, follow these steps to install macOS:

Click Continue, then follow the onscreen instructions to choose your disk and begin installation.
If the installer asks to unlock your disk, enter the password you use to log in to your Mac. If it doesn't see your disk, or it says that it can't install on your computer or volume, you might need to erase your disk.

Please allow installation to complete without putting your Mac to sleep or closing its lid. During installation, your Mac might restart and show a progress bar several times, and the screen might be empty for minutes at a time.

If your Mac restarts to a setup assistant, but you're selling or giving it away, press Command-Q to quit the assistant without completing setup. Then click Shut Down. When the new owner starts up the Mac, they can use their own information to complete setup.

If you never installed macOS Sierra 10.12.4

If macOS Sierra 10.12.4 or later was never installed on your Mac, macOS Recovery works differently:

Command-R is still the recommended way to start up from macOS Recovery. This combination makes sure that the installation isn't associated with your Apple ID, which is important if you're selling or giving away your Mac.
Option-Command-R installs the macOS that came with your Mac, or the closest version still available.
Shift-Option-Command-R isn't available.
