Back glass cracked

Will Apple Care+ repair the glass on the back of my iPhone 12 Pro Max? Hearing conflicting reports as I search the web. One of the 3 camera lens covers is cracked as well. Thanks in advance!!

Some of them are pretty deep but I don’t think any of the would be considered cracks. Does apple care+ cover screen repair for scratches like this?
