when I use my. camera in airplane mode the photos are not stored in icloud. How can i later move these photos on my phone to my icloud storeage?

You cannot MOVE the photos to iCloud. Photos are synced to iCloud. This means that the photos are on your iPhone and iCloud at the same time. If you delete a photo on your iPhone then it is also deleted on iCloud and vice versa.

When you take a picture while in Airplane mode, then the photos get synced (not moved) to iCloud the next time you are connected to the internet.
