Just erased hard drive on macbook air in preparation for trade-in and this message appeared. Will not restart?

support.apple.com/Mac/startup I want to reset my MacBook for sell, but accidentally deleted all volumes in disk Utility, now my MacBook totally cannot start up. it appear support.apple.com/Mac/startup with question mark. I tried to restart and pressing command+option+R+P to reset the NVRAM, but also same, cannot start up the MacBook at all… M what should I do now?

MacBook utility disk Erased all content off of my MacBook Air, now it’s not showing startup disk just sits and spins. How do I fix this? I was getting my MacBook ready for trade in with Apple. Now I don’t even know if they will accept it as I’m worried I did something wrong. Please advise

MacBook startup problem? Starting IUK my MacBook this morning ended up with a failure and the result, a message saying the failure was identified and shows a flashing folder with a question mark and a web page address for “support.Apple.com/Mac/startup”. Explored the web page, disk utility etc but no joy! Any possible way to get this MacBook alive again?
