iOS 14.7.1 & Bluetooth issues

Same issue here! Update to iOS 14.7.1 seems to have greatly reduced the Bluetooth range and connectivity on my iPhone XR. Please fix this issue ASAP!

Is anyone else noticing their iPad isn’t staying connected to the hotspot on their iPhone since the update also?

yes, this is a big problem for us too.

My son has been having this issue since 2 updates ago. My question is: with all of these complaints with the same issue, when is it going to be resolved? Clearly it is an issue with the updates.

I have an issue with the update 14.7.1

no matter what earbuds I have bought from £50 to £300

i cant pick up the bluetooth signal , before the update

i had no issues whatsoever, now i cant seem to pick up

the signal from any bluetooth when i tried them on my mums iphone 7

they worked perfectly

anyone know what can be done

I’m having this exact issue with my Bose’s headphones. No issues before the update, but now connects/disconnects multiple times then disconnects but shows connected. I’ve deleted the connection, repaired, restarted everything but it won’t stay connected for 2 minutes and is a bad connection when it does connect.

I’m having the exact same problem and it is not getting addressed despite resetting the network settings, or restoring the phone from an older backup too.

guess the issue is with the iOS update and it’s been more than 10 days and no resolution. The music plays just fine and seamlessly with my car, my AirPods, other Bluetooth headphones, but as soon as the call needs to be connected, the phone keeps connecting and disconnecting with the device. Extremely annoying :-)

I have the exact same issue after updating to 14.7.1 as well. It seems like AirPod Pro is also affected by this update. I cannot properly finish a Zoom meeting without some kind of Bluetooth disconnection issue. Now I am back using wired earphone.
