Hi all,
I am trying to back up my I-phone, I am connected to computer that is connected to Wi-Fi and I-cloud.
I must 'restore factory settings' because the phone it doesn't receive Wi-Fi...
In order to backup the ''phone must be connected to power source and connected to wi-fi''......
I cannot connect due to phone problem.
What do I do?
Is there any other way?

If you want to backup to iCloud you need wi-fi, but backing up to a computer uses a cable. Either way results in a backup for restoring.
