Macbook pro recently crashes often

My 2017 macbook pro crashes too often recently. Most times there's this folder with question mark upon start up. I have already run first-aid on my disk multiple times but the problem still persists. I've also reinstalled macOs but the crashing still continues. I noticed that the problem also happens when I put the laptop on sleep or close the lid for hours, when I try to open it it was already restarted and the message that there is a problem is shown.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.5
