Faulty iPhone 11

I have a new iPhone 11 and from the beginning it does a weird thing, which is zooming in the screen by itself, without me doing anything, and then I try to unlock but it doesn't recognize my face nor can I enter the password because the numbers are zoomed in and aren't shown, so as to enter the password. So, I tried to terminate the phone by pressing the 2 necessary buttons but it doesn't terminate either. See attached photo. Please advise me what to do? Is the phone faulty? It has done this twice since now and I have the phone just a week. Thank you in advance.
