M1 MacBook CPU

I have been using a MacBook Air 13 M1, I have noticed the cpu is always running 15% even if I don't use or touch, therefore the battery draining quicker. After restarting the cpu working normally, 1-2% on browsing on safari. Any idea?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.5

You have Malware / Adware installed " QuicklookPI " 4th from the Top in Activity Monitor screen shot supplied.

Force Quit the process >> Suggest downloading the Application Etrecheck directly from a Trusted Developer and well Respected ASC Contributor. or Suggest downloading from a Trusted Developer and Respected ASC Contributor the application Malwarebytes for Mac. It is free or paid for added features. Run the Application and it should remove the malware / adware. Once done, restart computer and test.
