Apple Music not syncing

I have music in my library for Apple Music. It syncs between my laptop and iPad, but when I try to access my library on my iPhone, it tries to load but fails. I have tried turning sync off and back on, restarting my phone, signing out and signing back in. None of that has worked. Any help is greatly appreciated. I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro Max running iOS 14.7.1
