Liquid detected in lightning cable appears everytime I try to charge my phone- I tried with 3 different chargers. Phone and cables are dry.

What can I do to override this?

Hello,

If you have a case on the phone, remove it and let it dry out for a few days. Do not try to charge it in the meantime.

Then see this:

Water and other liquid damage to iPhone or iPod isn't covered by warranty

Good luck.
