I can't access my apple tv

I have set up an apple ID, but can not access my apple TV.

Do you have the Apple TV box, or do you have the Apple TV app on a different device?

Which model device?


If you already have an Apple ID account, then you are encouraged to use the same account on all your devices that can access Apple services. Having multiple accounts will make using them quite difficult.


An Apple ID account needs certain information and confirmation.

  • The email address will have to be verified by responding to a test message.
  • The account will want to know your name, billing address, country, DoB, phone number.
  • The account will want a standard payment method to which future charges can be billed (buying without elaborate checkout procedure).
