AirPods not working how and who do I talk to get them fixed or replace

My AirPods are not working and I paid good money for them. To have them stop working. How are you guys going to make it right. Or am I going to have to start taking my business to some other phone company like galaxy or android.

AirPod replacement I got an AirPod replaced because it kept going static when you would put them on. But now the old one and new one will not pair at the same time. I’ve reset the AirPod pros 5 times and charged them up fully together but they just won’t work together. It’s either one or the other that can play music at once.

Issues since 5B58 firmware update? Running the latest software on my iPhone 14 Pro and iPad Air 4. Ever since AirPods firmware 5B58 was released, my AirPods Pro (1st Gen, manufactured in 2021) have been nearly worthless. The right Airpod constantly disconnects and is very difficult to get to reconnect to either device. If I pause a show and then hit play later, I’m getting intermittent sounds, as though I am a long way away from the source Bluetooth signal and it’s cutting out (even though I’m within two feet). And I’m getting recurrent crackling sounds in certain circumstances. They were working perfectly until this week, but now super frustrating. Anyone else experiencing issues?

AirPods Pro 2nd gen replacement ear tips not fitting properly Im using AirPods pro 2nd generation for 3 months. I found that air pods replacement ear tips are not fitting properly to the ear pods. A small visible gap is found between the ear pods and ear tips even if i try to adjust it. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
