What does all this mean? I got an alert that looked like a similar icon to a software update. When I clicked on it all this data showed up. Did someone try hacking into my phone or router?

Read this and educate yourself about certificates:
There is no known method to remotely hack an iPhone, as such there is no current way to tell if one was hacked.
The screen shots you show are just certificates there's nothing wrong with them in and of themselves.
Software Updates can only come from Apple.
What does this mean? Did I get hacked?
