Hello,
I have bought a MacBook about 2-3 months ago and recently I have noticed these weird smudges and it seems I can’t get rid of them. I suspect they are behind/inside the screen. I have not tried any chemical screen cleaner yet.
I have read something about Anti-Glare coming off. What do you guys think this is? And what should I do about it.

Your M1 MacBook Air is much too new to have developed a problem with the AR (anti -reflective) coating on the screen.
As was recommended by another user here, use a microfiber cloth to remove these finger smudges.
I use a micro fibre to remove these marks
