Request a refund Apple TV+

I didn't realise my Apple TV subscription was still on. I was able to cancel it through cancel my subscriptions but would like to request a refund.

I went to https://reportaproblem.apple.com/?s=13 but it doesn’t appear anywhere and I haven’t received a billing email from Apple. How can I request this refund?
