i want to remove payment and shipping. I cannot do this because it says ‘there is an active subscription..’
i go and check the subscription and it says ‘you do not have any subscriptions’
it is controversial. I do not want any longer to pay the icloud storage. Thus, i want payment and shipping removed. I cannot do this though i followed each step.
please can you help me.

That's not how you do it. You cancel the storage subscription which will then let you remove your payment method (once the subscription has expired) if you still wish to do so.
