No longer using the same Apple ID

So I have a subscription for Discord but it’s on my old apple ID. I need to change it Over.

Subscription link to old account, how to change to the new one ? Recently I signed up for the app name bilibili (anime streaming services) by using “Sign in with Apple” and subscribe in in-app purchase for 1 month. Then I wanted to change to the new ID so I signed up for the new account by using e-mail. After the subscription expired, I used the new ID to subscribe, but the subscription was still linked to my old account. How to fix this ? Thanks

Subscription email My subscription email is different than my Apple ID email. I would like to change the subscription email to match my Apple ID email. How do I do that?

If you are using the same Apple account and you only changed email addreses it is still on that account.

If you created a new account when you changed addresses then it is still on the old account and cannot be transferred. You will have to use Family Sharing or buy it again.
