What do you mean share email? Do you mean can you use the same Apple ID, no, you shouldn't. Do you mean can you both read the same email in the same email account? That can be done, so long as it is an IMAP account. If I've not guessed correctly, you need to explain exactly what it is that you are trying to do.

If privacy is no high-concern here, and this is not necessary, then: No. Do not share it. (I wouldn't, at least)
If you both know the iCloud email address, then you should be able to add the account on both devices.
Okay, if you have tried it, then it would certainly help for you to describe what happens when you try. Do you see an error?

What do you mean by toggle mail button? I have no idea what reference that is.
Oh ok. Ty again. Yes we work together and get over 100 emails/day so we can b more productive if we shared and or could view one another's email via the cloud.
