It's the same when they say you won 1 million dollars.

It's a scam.

You can ask your provider if they have anything to help.

If it's from the same number then you can also block it directly on the iPhone.

Then only your provider can help.

Do you have Do Not Call Registry in your country?

Register your number that and make a report.

Obtaining One's Phone Number:

How someone's phone number could be obtained is probably through none other than a Google search. Selling people's information is illegal in most countries, but it often times happens. So, that may have happened too. No one here would know though (and that is a good thing, BTW).
